 DMI 2 MBTU Thermal Fluid Heater

• Heating Capacity: 2,000,000 BTU/H (505,000 kcal/h), with working temperature up to 300 °C (572 °F), operating at atmospheric pressure.
• Fuel Type: Diesel (compatible with synthetic or mineral thermal oils, domestic or imported).
• Design: Horizontal cylindrical heater with genuine helical coil (anti-cracking, non-explosive design); 3 gas passes for efficient heat exchange.
• Burner: Integrated Italian ECOFLAM high-low flame burner, adjustable from 1,300,000 to 2,300,000 BTU/H.
• Integrated Skid Package: Includes recirculation pump (SIHI, Germany), filter, and 500-liter expansion tank mounted together.
• Controls: Fully automatic operation with digital temperature controller, burner safety system, alarm, and motor starters.
• Safety Devices: High/low oil pressure switches, high-temp limit, combustion air switch, low expansion tank level sensor, and burner photocell.
• Circulation Pump Specs: 10 HP motor, 150 GPM @ 4.5 kg/cm², flexible coupling, and basket filter with valves.
