2009 ADM RB250 Hot Mix Plant

2009 ADM Roadbuilder RB250 portable hot mix asphalt plant rated at 250 TPH. The plant features an 84” x 38’ rotary drum mixer with trunnion drive and Dodge reducers for reliable high-production performance. It is equipped with a Hauck SJ360 burner rated at 80 MBTU/hr, providing strong and efficient heat output. The aggregate system includes four portable cold feed bins with 30-ton hoppers and variable speed belt feeders, ensuring accurate material blending. A 30” portable weigh conveyor with load cell system allows for precise production control.

The plant includes a 30,000-gallon insulated and hot oil-heated asphalt tank, complete with pump skid and temperature compensation system. Material handling is supported by a 300 TPH drag slat conveyor feeding two 100-ton silos with back-weigh load cells for efficient loadout. The control system is housed in a fully enclosed portable control center trailer with integrated blending and loadout controls. Power is supplied by a CAT 500KW generator, with an additional 30KW unit for auxiliary use.
